In my work with clients I teach 2 key components of leadership:

Self-leadership and Team Leadership.

Self-leadership means:

  • Developing deep self awareness

  • Sorting through our brain drama so we can make intentional decisions

  • Checking our biases and blindspots

  • Regulating our emotions so we don’t explode on our employees

  • Paying attention to that part of ourselves that is terrified of failing

  • Nurturing a deep self trust
